This simple bridge consists of a single deck girder span.
The span has four sets of girders, making it a heavier built span for the time period. It rests on stone substructures.
Built in approximately 1905, it is an example of an early 20th century version of a common design.
The author has ranked the bridge as being locally significant, due to the age. Fortunately, the bridge is in good condition and will become a part of the planned Iron Horse Trail.
The photo above is an overview. The bridge can be accessed from Barber Road.
